We help our clients conduct analysis and develop playbooks needed to operate in a diminished capacity, potentially reducing trade disruption. Some contingencies are simple and can be deployed quickly. Many are scalable across a company.
We do this through logistics and trade focused training delivered onsite, online, or through a train the trainer concept.
The output of these training sessions, workshops, and exercises support development of organization specific Cyberattack Frameworks and Playbooks.
The goal is to help organizations and simplify the process to be better prepared for cyberattacks.
Capabilities and capacity to operate during downtime will improve as components of the organizations plan are actioned.
We simplify the process through our offering of:
· Consulting, instruction, coaching, and learning
· Virtual and onsite presentations and workshops
· Templates
· Supports organizations that prefer to do much of the contingency planning work in-house
· Logistics and trade focused scenarios, includes group activities, discussion prompts
